Kirk & Kirk, a prestigious eyewear brand, faced significant challenges in technical performance, user experience, and engagement on their e-commerce platform. The existing framework’s limitations hindered their ability to conduct effective A/B testing for new marketing ideas and campaigns. This was a critical issue, considering the competitive and fast-evolving nature of online retail.

Our solution was comprehensive and custom-tailored to Kirk & Kirk’s unique needs. The project focused on enhancing the front-end user experience and streamlining the back-end processes.

Key features included advanced navigation with mega menus, a refined search function indexing products and content, and a sophisticated product listing page offering quick access filters and interactive elements like hover-over information and a quick view option. The product description pages were meticulously crafted, featuring a main image gallery with a 360-spinner experience, configurable product options, and integrated customer images.

The e-commerce aspect was significantly enhanced with a user-friendly basket interface, a streamlined and secure checkout process, and multiple payment options including saved cards and various digital wallet services. The back-end improvements involved integrating DEAR inventory system with WooCommerce for seamless stock management and implementing Google-compliant product feeds for better online visibility.
